What is 34%Burnt?
34%Burnt is the new project from the team behind Salt & Earth and Two Cats Kitchen, Niki Astley and Georgiana Radenschi. The project promises to bring years worth of culinary effort, investigation and global travel together in one intensely delicious whole.
Ok, so when can I go?
The only dates in the immediate future are the 16, 17, 18. 23 or 24 of May - and they are selling fast, so if you want to experience 34%Burnt, we'd get a jog on.
Where will it be held?
The destination is still top secret, but it will be at a private location, a stone's throw away from Brindley Place in the City Centre. The venue will be disclosed once you have booked.
What can I expect to eat at 34%Burnt?
For £80* you will get a nine-course menu (plus extras) including wines, spirits and coffee of global influence and local produce including the booking fee.
Details of the full menus will be released closer to the date, but dishes include whole duck aged in beeswax before being spatchcocked and grilled on an iron cross, Argentinian Asado style (we told you it would be good!)
