MasterChef The Professionals Semi-Finalist will open "Chef Andrew Durham at Porth Beach Hotel’ this month.

Situated on the North Cornwall coast, the family-run boutique hotel and restaurant Porth Beach Hotel boasts stunning views of the Atlantic ocean & Porth Beach.
Many will recognise Andrew from his time on MasterChef The Professionals 2019 where he became a semi-finalist. Andrew boasts over 13 years experience as a professional chef and has won many accolades including Game Chef of the Year finalist 2019 and Craft Guild of Chefs - Armed Forces Chef of the Year 2015 Finalist.
Launching three carefully-crafted tasting menus, Andrew will serve modern inventive dishes using a wealth of quality Cornish produce, sourced ethically and seasonally

Tempura Native Fal Oyster with Yuzu Caviar, Miso & Hot Sauce
Spiced Terras Duck Breast, Puy Lentils with Confit Leg, Cured Yolk, Sour Blackberries, Beetroot, Duck Sauce
Grilled Locally Caught Plaice Fillet, Clam & Corn Chowder, Tarragon, Crisp Potato
Strawberry, Cornish Cream, Pistachio, Basil
The restaurant opens on 17 July, with bookings available from Tuesday to Thursday.
