Chef Anthony Raffo has been announced as Head Chef at Farringdon based Anglo Restaurant.

Anthony will be joining the team alongside Chef-Owner Mark Jarvis when the restaurant reopens to the public on Tuesday 7 July.
Anthony was previously Head Chef at Trade and Sous Chef at Welwyn based Auberge du Lac and is well known for his unique menus created with foraged ingredients, and will be bringing that flair to Anglo.
Nestled between the glistening jewellery shops of Hatton Garden and the bustle of Leather Lane street market in Farringdon, Anglo is a modern British dining room, with an emphasis on simple, refined dishes, offering a seasonal tasting menu at both lunch and dinner, Tuesday to Saturday.
Highlights from the new menu include Isle of Wight tomato, strawberry, nasturtium, apple, elderflower, London rooftop honey, chicken, liver, beetroot, muesli and Strawberry, horseradish, white chocolate, Sweet Woodruff.
