Award-winning mixologist, Robyn Wilkie, has been appointed as the new bar manager at Liqourette.
The venue located on Rathbone Place, London, that is looking to break down the traditional barriers around cocktail creation, offering a bar, off-license, cocktail deli and fresh cocktail delivery service.
Joining to head up the team at Liquorette New Yorker Wilkie, brings with her nearly 10 years’ experience in the bar industry both in the UK and the US. Her previous roles include Head Bartender at The London Edition Hotel as well as Fare London, The Curtain and London Cocktail Club where she first began her career. She has also worked with a number of restaurants owned by Michelin star chef, Jason Atherton, including Pollen Street Social, The Blind Pig and Sosharu.
During her career, Wilkie has collected a number of accolades showcasing her innovation and excellence in the industry. In 2018 she secured a place as one of the 10 Diageo World Class GB 2018 finalists, she won the Gin Mare global finals in 2016, as well the Harvey’s Sherry global competition in 2015.
