Bottega Prosecco Bar opens at Arena Birmingham offering a broad selection of Italian fine wine and food.
Bottega Prosecco Bar will share good wine and plenty of food, in a relaxed setting.
The collaboration of sommeliers, chefs, architects and designers has created an elegant and relaxed setting where guests can enjoy a glass of Prosecco or another wine from the Bottega selection, paired with "cicchetti", typical appetizers of the Venetian "bacaro", or accompanied with simple dishes, made with genuine ingredients of Mediterranean cuisine. The wine list includes Prosecco – favoured for its versatility–, fine sparkling wines, prestigious red wines such as Amarone, Brunello, Ripasso and Bolgheri, dessert wines, grappa, and fruit and cream-based liqueurs.
This restaurant will be launched in collaboration with Charlie’s, a Birmingham-based food operator. Sandro Bottega, owner and Managing Director at Bottega, comments:
