Cambridge Gin Laboratory launches new classes

Did someone say Gin?

Cambridge Gin Laboratory, the interactive space dedicated to the appreciation of gin in the centre of Cambridge, has launched a series of new classes: TASTE IT, MIX IT & MAKE IT, led by the Lab’s skilled team of gin experts.

The three new classes have been carefully designed to offer guests a range of experiences, with the common theme of sharing the love of all things gin. The classes will hone guests’ gin knowledge, showcase the impressive range of Cambridge Distillery gins on offer at the Lab, and even teach guests to make their own in some cases.

TASTE IT

Revealing some of the history & production methods behind the UK’s favourite spirit, guests will also learn how to taste gin like a professional with a G + T on arrival and three samples from the award-winning Cambridge Distillery portfolio.

MIX IT

A hands-on interactive class where guests will learn the art of mixology, including making & tasting their own G + T, Martini & Basil Smash. What a way to impress at parties…or just a Friday night treat at home!

MAKE IT

For those who have ever fancied creating their own gin, this is a perfect class. Guests will explore distillates & botanicals to create their very own gin curated to their individual tastes. A Cambridge Dry G + T will be waiting for guests on arrival, as well as a martini made with their gin at the end of the class.

Of the new classes, Co-Founder of the Cambridge Gin Laboratory, William Lowe said:

“Our current classes are already incredibly popular, but customers have been asking us to show them how to master specific skills, so we’ve created these new classes to allow them to do just that. They’re fun & interactive, plus you can walk away with something that you can actually put into practice at home.”

Cambridge Gin Laboratory is part of the Cambridge Distillery portfolio, bringing a taste of the distillery to central Cambridge for all gin lovers to enjoy. The new classes will be an hour-long experience hosted by the Gin Lab’s resident gin experts, with each class costing £30 per person. There will be availability across the week, visit the website to book the preferred class or to purchase a gift voucher.
