Chef Ash Saman to takeover Bath based Thoughtful Bakery on Saturday 4 May to celebrate pork with a 7 course tasting menu.
Chef Ash Saman will celebrate all things pork when he takes over award-winning bakery, cafe and bakery school, Thoughtful Bakery on Saturday 4 May. The event will see Ash create a 7 course tasting menu celebrating pork, and will be serving the menu alongside the bakery's famous sourdough.
The tasting menu will include pork cheeks served with wild garlic and asparagus salad, a braised tail meat tortellini, and Ash's homemade black pudding.
Ash has been hosting pop ups since 2017, taking over venues including Malago, Puro, the Circus in Bath, Root and Yurt Lush, and has previously worked in kitchens including Glass boat (Bristol), Cleveden House Hotel (Taplow), Chequers (Bath) and Michelin starred restaturant Casamia (Bristol).
