Liverpool based chef Eddie Kilty has announced a one night only takeover at Independent Bakery & Cafe, The Bagelry in Liverpool City Centre on Friday 12 April.

The 7 Course Tasting Menu will see Eddie showcase a range of dished including miso glazed pork belly, a unique take on lasagna, and a mojito bomb.
Eddie, who recently launched Kilty & Co, his private dining and pop up business, has worked in a diverse range of kitchens including a Head Chef role at 2 AA and 4-star hotel The Inn on the Lake Hotel in Gelnridding, and through his freelance business has worked for chefs including Andrew Pern at 1 Michelin Star The Star Inn Harome and Emily Watkins at The Kingham Plough Cotswolds.
