Following on from his sell out pop up at The Bagelry in Liverpool City Centre in April, Chef Eddie Kilty announces his next event at 17 Love Lane, Liverpool on Saturday 4 May.
The 5-Course Tasting Menu (with some extra surprises, obvs) will see Eddie create a range of dishes including sticky glazed pork cheek and his unique take on Scouse.
Eddie, who recently launched Kilty & Co, his private dining and pop up business, has worked in a diverse range of kitchens including a Head Chef role at 2 AA and 4-star hotel The Inn on the Lake Hotel in Gelnridding, and through his freelance business has worked for chefs including Andrew Pern at 1 Michelin Star The Star Inn Harome and Emily Watkins at The Kingham Plough Cotswolds.
