Who are the Chefs?
Eddie, who recently launched Kilty & Co, his private dining and pop up business, has worked in a diverse range of kitchens including a Head Chef role at 2 AA and 4-star hotel The Inn on the Lake Hotel in Gelnridding, and through his freelance business has worked for chefs including Andrew Pern at 1 Michelin Star The Star Inn Harome and Emily Watkins at The Kingham Plough Cotswolds. Eddie sold out his latest pop up at The Bagelry in April.
Louisa has worked in Michelin star kitchen at Adams Restaurant, Birmingham and became a finalist on of MasterChef The Professionals 2017. At the time, she was a Junior Sous Chef at The Wilderness in Birmingham working closely with the menus and experimenting with new and unusual foods.
Louisa now runs her own innovative private dining business, which also sees her deliver cookery classes and popups throughout the UK.
