Damian Wawrzyniak launches Pierogi pop-up at Springfields Outlet

Award-winning chef, Damian Wawrzyniak launches Pierogi pop-up at Springfields Outlet until May 2020.


Damian Wawrzyniak, chef-restaurateur of Peterborough’s House of Feasts, has launched his new food concept, Pierogi Kiosk, at Springfields Outlet from until May 2020.


The new Pierogi Kiosk concept offers hot and cold options of Polish pierogi (filled dumplings), sourdough bread sandwiches and desserts. All of which is made in the award-winning kitchen of House of Feasts and served from a specially designed American Airstream style trailer.


House of Feasts was opened in June 2017 by chef Damian Wawrzyniak, who recently served his specialities to the Royal Family, baked with Mary Berry and has culinary experience in some of the world's finest restaurants, including Noma. 


Damian's cooking is all about transforming simple locally sourced ingredients into culinary gems through harvesting seasonal products, preserving, curing, ageing and extending the use of seasonal produce for as long as possible.
