Atul Kochhar has announced that he is turning up the heat in the kitchens with his incredible aromas and flavours, as Hawkyns turns it menus exclusively Indian and launches Hawkyns @home, a takeout service.

Celebrating the very best of Indian cuisine, this injection of spice and culture is synonymous with the “Master of Spices.” and twice Michelin starred chef Atul Kochhar, diners can expect a variety of culinary delights, from Samosa: Coriander and Ginger flavoured Potato Samosa with Tamarind chutney to Murg Makhani: Tandoori Chicken Tikka in creamed Tomato and Fenugreek sauce.

In addition to the menu changes, Hawkyns is delighted to announce Hawkyns @home, an eagerly awaited take away service. Guests will be able to dine at home and enjoy a selection of delicious Indian dishes including Chicken Tikka Masala and a Kebab platter featuring a combination of Kebab, Salmon, King Prawn and Lamb Chop.  This collection only service is available Tuesday – Saturday evenings.

Hawkyns 2 AA Rosette restaurant is Kochhar’s second Buckinghamshire restaurant in addition to the award-winning Sindhu restaurant in Marlow.Hawkyns is situated at The Crown, a former Elizabethan coaching inn that creaks with history and heritage.

Offering 45 stunningly appointed rooms, re-imagined by designer Ilse Crawford in 2009, the Inn is ideally positioned in the picturesque town of Amersham, which boasts architecture spanning more than five centuries.
