Chef Tommy Heaney announces a stellar star-studded line-up
Heaney’s Cardiff has officially unveiled their Autumn/Winter guest chef series and its set to be their best yet.

Chef-proprietor Tommy Heaney will be welcoming chef friends to Cardiff, old and new, to create a carefully curated menu exclusive to Heaney’s for one night only. Each chef will fuse their signature cooking style with Tommy’s, using only the freshest and highest quality British produce.
Who will be involved?
New chefs include the critically acclaimed Ollie Dabbous of Hide, Lee Tiernan of Black Axe Mangal, Great British Menu 2019 winner James Cochran, Pip Lacey, Selin Kiazim, and Steven Edwards. Guests can also expect familiar faces in the form of Tom Brown of the award-winning Cornerstone, Ellis Barrie, and a special one-off BBQ themed collaboration with the legendary Hang Fire.
When do they start?
Tommy will be kicking off proceedings in November with help from James Cochran. The Heaney’s guest chef series will give guests a rare opportunity to dine with highly respected and reputable figures in the culinary world, in the heart of Cardiff.

Tickets will be priced at £75 per person.
