Honest Burgers announces collaboration with independent fried chicken food truck and shop Mother Clucker to launch a special one-off burger collaboration, the ‘Mother Clucker’, available for four weeks only.
Launching 1 April and only available across Honest Burgers restaurants, the ‘Mother Clucker’ will bring together two of London’s finest burger specialists for the first time to create a limited edition special celebrating some of the best fried chicken in town.
The burger combines Mother Clucker’s signature free-range buttermilk fried chicken and homemade pepper sauce, with Honest Burgers’ double American cheese, bacon, lime mayo, lettuce and pickles, with a soft. Honest burger bun and served alongside their homemade rosemary salted chips. The chips aren’t an extra; they’re an essential.
The Mother Clucker special will be served along with the usual Honest Burgers menu, including the US- inspired Tribute burger, the vegan Plant burger, and their classic ‘Honest’ burger, as well as several unique burger spin-offs, created especially for selected Honest Burger restaurants.
You’ll also find a different beer from a local brewery in every Honest, with local beers and ales including Gipsy Hill, Good Chemistry, Holler, Wild Weather Ales and Signature Brew.
Available from Monday 01 April to Sunday 28 April across all Honest Burgers, the Mother Clucker marks part of a series of Honest Burger collaborations with friends across the industry to create one-off special burgers, each running for a short time only.
