Liam Dillon Presents The Versus Supperclub Series With MasterChef’s Tom Lowe

The Boat Inn Lichfield has announced MasterChef's Tom Lowe as the next chef to compete in their Versus Supperclub on Monday 2 March.



Head chef and owner Liam Dillon invites rotating guest chefs into his kitchen, to go head-to-head, creating a rival six-course menu. Diners will choose their favourite dish each course on point-scoring cards.


The six-course menu is £75 per person and a donation from each supper club will go to the guest chef’s chosen charity.


Signature dishes at The Boat Inn include Liam Dillon’s Venison, Cauliflower & Mushroom; spring lamb three ways; and homemade carrot cake with rum and raisin ice cream.


Tom fell in love with cooking at the top level and has worked and staged in a number of top restaurants in the country including Petrus and L'Enclume, as well as achieving 2AA Rosettes at the Belmont Hotel at just aged 19.

In 2019 Tom decided to appear on MasterChef: The Professionals where he finished in the top 10 and blew the judges away with his dishes.
