The undisputed king of choux is spreading the pastry love to Canary Wharf with the opening of Maître Choux on Wednesday 7th August. After the overwhelming success of the King Road’s opening last year, the world’s first choux pastry specialist patisserie is heading to the booming financial area for their fourth outpost in the capital.

Located at Jubilee Walk in Canada Place, the new outlet will be an all-day grab-and-go stop where time-strapped city workers and residents can drop in and purchase the French patisserie’s signature bakes along with hot beverages, and choux-based treats.

Specifically for the Canary Wharf site, Maître Choux will be serving Monmouth coffee from 7am, an ideal pit stop for early morning risers. Along with their excellent selection of coffees, Maître Choux will offer the same handmade and uniquely crafted éclairs found in its sister sites. Flavours include show-stopping favourites like raspberry macaron éclair, hazelnut and chocolate éclair, raspberry and caramel choux, and dark chocolate chouquettes.

With a growing residential area, the shop will be open from 7am-8pm, and at weekends for Canary Wharf’s locals. Open till late night, the store will be ideal place for passing commuters to pick up authentic French pastries en-route home. With an already thriving food-to-go market in Canary Wharf, Maître Choux will bring their much-loved modern French éclairs to the area.
