Ahead of its grand re-opening Galvin at Windows announced Marc Hardiman as the newly appointed Head Chef of the award-winning restaurant located on 28th floor of London Hilton on Park Lane.
With over 10 years’ senior level experience working at multi Rosette and Michelin star establishments in the UK and Australia, Hardiman remains committed to delivering next-level dining experiences for customers whilst constantly innovating and experimenting, looking for ways to improve and remain top of his game. Hardiman will be at the helm of the kitchen, overseeing all menu delivery, creative dish development and food innovation.
Hardiman joins Galvin at Windows following his former role at The Ritz Hotel. Previously to that, working across three properties owned by seasoned hoteliers including No.15 Great Pulteney; carrying out the role as Executive Head Chef of the four-red-AA-star43-bedroom Great Fosters Hotel in Surrey (’14 – ’18) were his team gained a coveted Michelin star under his guidance before that Marc was the Executive Chef at the 5 red star Bovey Castle (’11 – ’13).

Diners to Galvin at Windows can expect to feast on fine dishes including Portland crab, heirloom tomatoes, fresh almonds; Anjou pigeon farci à gratin, celeriac, damson, black olive and Apple tarte tatin, Calvados served with Tahitian vanilla ice cream - alongside a carefully curated wine list to match.
Heralding some of the most spectacular 360 views of London, Galvin at Windows remains a firm favourite for regular foodies and visitors alike and continues to champion best-in-class cuisine and hospitality.
