Winter may be coming, but sunshine is still here as Michelle Trusselle brings Myristica Supperclub to seafood restaurant Bucket on 13 November.

Michelle Trusselle, a semi-finalist on BBC’s MasterChef: The Professionals 2018, is the creator of the Myristica Supperclub.
Her Supper Clubs provide a unique dining experience of contemporary Caribbean dining and on November 13th, she’ll be bringing Myristica to Westbourne Grove’s much-loved seafood restaurant, Bucket.
Myristica reflects Michelle’s love for the homely and soul-satisfying food of the Caribbean which she grew up with at home in London, combined with her experience of over a decade as a chef cooking at the highest levels in professional kitchens. Michelle’s food has been described by renowned Michelin-starred chef Marcus Wareing as "Caribbean royalty on a plate”.
For one night only, Michelle will be serving up a gorgeous seafood menu, full of wonderful Caribbean flavours and ingredients bringing a burst of sunshine to a dreary November evening. Bucket’s holiday-like, beachy design is reminiscent of a weatherworn yet rustically luxurious beach club, offering a warm and relaxed hideaway absolutely perfect to host Myristica Supperclub.
Myristica is the Latin name for the trees which produce nutmeg & mace, native to Grenada the isle of spice from where Michelle's heritage stems.
Michelle says: “We aim to elevate the ingredients grown from the fertile Caribbean soil and create new exciting dishes. When it comes to the well-known dishes of the islands, we refine them, to push the boundaries of tradition, and yet we keep true to the core flavours that make these dishes what they are.”
With two sittings to choose from, either at 18:30 or 20:30, guests will enjoy Michelle’s five-course menu including a welcome drink.
Tickets cost £60pp and are available here: Myristica by Michelle Trusselle at Bucket
