45ml Caorunn Gin

45ml Eager Cloudy Pressed Apple Juice

7.5ml Elderflower Syrup

2 dashes Fee Brothers Celery Bitters 

75ml Schweppes Indian Tonic Water


  • Mix the Caorunn Gin, the  Eager Cloudy Pressed Apple Juice, Elderflower Syrup

  • And Fee Brothers Celery Bitters in a shaker with ice.

  • Strain into a chilled wine glass.

  • Top-up with tonic.
