Whitepudding Bao Buns, from the Clonakilty Black and White Cookbook

Cook Time: 8-10 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 16 pack of Bao Buns
- 280g Clonakilty Whitepudding, sliced thinly - Lettuce leaves
- 1 cucumber thinly sliced
- 1 spring onion, finely chopped
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
- fresh coriander
- Hoi Sin sauce
- Oil for frying
Method
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the white pudding.
Cook until golden on both sides.
Heat the Bao Buns according to packet instructions.
Once both are ready, fill each bun with lettuce, cucumber, and 3 or 4 slices of white pudding before garnishing with spring onion, chilli and coriander.
