Shepherds Purse has launched its new format product, called “Fettle”, in 150g square blocks. With tankards of fresh milk going to waste, they created Fettle to support struggling sheep milk farmers. The cheese is amazing too, a distinctively creamy salad-style cheese combining a soft, slightly crumbly texture with a sweet piquant flavour. Perfect for salads and BBQs this summer.
