MOOSE Mojito 


Add 50ml MOOSE, 10ml Maple Syrup, Lime and Mint to a cocktail skare and shake.


Pour all ingredients directly from the shaker into a large wine glass and top up with soda water. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

Domaine du Météore’s Organic Le Météore Rosé is a wine from another dimension, as the vines are grown in and around a 10,000-year-old Meteorite crater in Southern France, high up in the Languedoc mountains, the domain spans the schist soils of Faugères and Saint- Chinian. Surrounded by garrigue with the scent of wild thyme, mint and cistus. 


Le Météore Rosé is an organic pale rosé wine with a nose of strawberry, redcurrant and melon with a floral overtone of peonies. The palate is crisp and fresh with excellent balance ending with a hint of spice and each bottle has a little cosmic space dust from the meteorite.
