Pasta Evangelists Announces New Michelin-Starred Executive Chef

Fresh pasta experts Pasta Evangelists has announced its new Executive Chef,  two Michelin-Starred Chef Giancarlo Perbellini, who is joining the team to elevate its authentic Italian dishes to new heights, and develop bespoke menus for its Harrods Pasta Bar and across its takeaway platforms. 



The Italian chef - best known for his two-Michelin-star restaurant in Verona – Casa Perbellini 12 Apostoli  – has developed a brand new menu for Pasta Evangelists’ pasta bar in the Harrods Dining Hall, as well as special dishes exclusively available from its takeaway services. New dishes coming soon to Pasta Evangelists’ takeaway menu will include braised venison cannelloni with seasonal roast parsnips, stem broccoli ravioli with tomato, olives and pine nuts and lasagna ai frutti di mare with  swordfish,  squid, prawns and chilli.

The new menu will be available to order  at the Pasta Evangelists pasta bar in the iconic Harrods Dining Hall as well as through our website and  takeaway platforms, which is  70% of our customer base. The menu will feature a selection of innovative new dishes in addition to some of our famous classics, featuring fresh and seasonal ingredients. Gastronomy is at the heart of our brand, and we’re thrilled that Chef Perbellini will take our menu to new heights for all.”
