South London’s Neapolitan pizza legends 081 Pizzeria are heading north of the river for a two week pop-up at Camden’s gin-famous gastro pub, The Colonel Fawcett this August. The pair have teamed up to launch the pub’s first ever pop-up residency in time for their annual Gin Day celebrations.

This is 081 Pizzeria's first pop-up appearance since opening its doors at Peckham Levels in May 2021. Running from the 16th August to 29th August, the menu will feature 081’s famous Neapolitan pizza with airy, soft dough and perfectly pillowy crust. Alongside the pizzas , 081 Pizzeria will offer a selection of small tasty tapas dishes inspired from Naples with innovative recipes and garnishes.

Pizzas on the menu include the Marinara, the Margherita, Truffle Mushrooms, Diavola, Parmigiana Pizza and the classic ‘Napoli RMX’ (San Marzano Tomato, Burrata Cheese, Anchovies, Olives and Capers). The signature choices are the ‘Capricciosa’ (Tomato Sauce Base, Cooked Ham, Spicy Salame, Mushrooms, Olives, Artichokes, Parmesan, Basil & EVO Oil) and the ‘Pistachiosa’ (Pistachio Pesto Base, Fior Di Latte Mozzarella, Mortadella, Burrata and Pistachio Sprinkles).
