Il Gattopardo, Mayfair's restaurant inspired by 1960s Italy, is delighted to announce an exclusive collaboration with Michelin-starred Chef Massimo Spigaroli. From today until 19th October, the flavours and traditions of Italy’s artisanal produce will be brought to the heart of London.

The menu of Il Gattopardo Mayfair is an ingredient-led celebration of Italian classics, which are created using the finest, seasonal ingredients. Il Gattopardo works with leading suppliers across the menu, and is proud to be one of a few select restaurants to serve charcuterie produced by Massimo and Luciano Spigaroli on their family estate, Antica Corte Pallavicina, in Emilia-Romagna.
Il Gattopardo is dedicated to working with premium cuts, such as the Culatello Oro Spigaroli, which features on their à la carte menu.

Known as the “King of Culatello”, Massimo Spigaroli has earned international acclaim for his artisanal cuisine, deeply rooted in the land and traditions of his family estate. Previously, Spigaroli has been personally entrusted with curing King Charles’ pigs of ancient English breeds. Spigaroli is delighted to be coming to London to celebrate his ongoing partnership with Il Gattopardo and Executive Chef Massimo Pasquarelli.
Between the 13th and 19th of October, diners will be invited to enjoy limited-time specials alongside the à la carte menu, showcasing Spigaroli’s finest cuisine. Highlights include the signature Culatello, followed by Herb Tortelli and Gnocchi made with Spigarolino grains, and a Sbrisolona cake with warm zabaglione to finish.
Don't worry if you can't make this week: from 13th October to 30th November, guests will be able to taste the 24-month-aged Culatello Oro Spigaroli, alongside a glass of 2024 Sottimano Mate Rosso for £29.
