At Pavyllon London, the croissant is no longer confined to breakfast. The Michelin-starred destination at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane has unveiled La Croissanterie – a first-of-its-kind dedicated to the classic French pastry – open daily from noon until 8pm in Pavyllon Lounge.

Created by Chef Yannick Alléno, the world's most Michelin-starred chef, La Croissanterie brings the elegance of the grand cafés of Paris and the French tradition of an afternoon pause to Park Lane. Hand-laminated croissants are baked daily before being transformed into luxurious savoury dishes and decadent sweet creations designed to be enjoyed throughout the day, from an afternoon rendezvous to an early evening supper.

The menu’s headline savoury croissants – starting from £15 – include the Caesar Chicken, transforming the summer's most talked-about salad into a buttery croissant filled with classic Caesar flavours and a distinctly French flourish. The indulgent Scottish Lobster has sweet lobster with egg mayonnaise, smoked pike roe and fragrant fresh tarragon, while other creations include the Arabic Lamb with 36-hour confit lamb shoulder and the Asian Wagyu with sautéed Wagyu beef.

For something sweet, the Hazelnut Chocolate Croissant is a masterclass in indulgence, layered with silky chocolate ganache, salted caramel and delicate chocolate shavings, while the Almond Praliné combines toasted almond cream, caramelised almonds and vanilla glaze. Guests can enjoy a range of hot and iced drinks alongside, from expertly crafted coffees made using an exclusive Lavazza blend, premium iced Kagoshima ceremonial matcha, cold brew creations and JING teas.
La Croissanterie will also showcase a selection of Chef Yannick’s signature chocolate creations, ideal for a sweet finale, from individual chocolate sticks to a trilogy featuring Tahitian vanilla bean, coffee and Breton shortbread flavours. Celebrated in Paris and around the world, his innovative approach to chocolate-making reimagines tradition with the same attention to detail as his Michelin-starred dishes.
La Croissanterie by Chef Yannick Alléno is now open in Pavyllon Lounge from 12pm – 8pm daily, located next to Pavyllon London.
