New Weekend Brunch at CLAP London
Weekends in Knightsbridge just got louder. CLAP London has launched its new Saturday and Sunday brunch, served every weekend from 12pm to 3pm on its Knightsbridge rooftop. Launched on 10th October, the brunch brings together a five-course sharing menu, live music, and the option to make the afternoon bottomless with signature cocktails or R de Ruinart N.V. Champagne.

The bright and vibrant rooftop sets the tone from the moment guests arrive. Perched above the bustle of Knightsbridge, CLAP's open, light-filled space turns a weekend lunch into an occasion, with the city skyline as a backdrop to every course. With plates passed around the table, glasses topped up and a buzz that builds through the afternoon, it is a space made for gathering friends, family and celebrations. Priced at £59 per person, the five-course sharing menu is served over two hours and takes guests on a journey through CLAP's contemporary Japanese cooking, bringing many of the restaurant's best-loved dishes to the table.

The meal opens with a generous selection of salmon, tuna, sea bass and yellowtail, served as nigiri and sashimi, showcasing the premium fish and precise technique at the heart of CLAP's kitchen. Among the highlights is the Salmon Battera, a traditional Osaka-style pressed sushi layered with cured salmon and crowned with glistening ikura. From there, the table fills with CLAP signatures built for slow weekend grazing, led by the indulgent Wagyu Steak and the Black Cod.

The finale is a dessert platter made for sharing, starring two CLAP favourites: the hot CLAP Chocolate Fondant with goma ice cream, and the Vanilla-Peanut Millefeuille with homemade peanut praline. For those in no hurry to leave, CLAP’s Make It Bottomless offering adds two hours of unlimited drinks to the brunch experience, with the option to pour R de Ruinart N.V. throughout the afternoon. Guests can choose from bottomless cocktails for £59 per person or upgrade to Ruinart Champagne for £75 per person.

Live music sets the pace from the first plate to the last glass, turning a long lunch into something closer to a party. The sharing format, the soundtrack and the rooftop setting make it perfect for groups: whether it’s birthdays, weekend celebrations, reunions with friends, or simply marking the end of a long week in style.
