Review: Dine at London Designer Outlet

London Designer Outlet is situated next to the world-famous Wembley Stadium at the heart of London’s most exciting new district, Wembley Park.

A perfect spot for picking up something special from Calvin Klein, Radley and Puma through to The North Face and VANS. But it is not just fashion, London Designer Outlet is perfect for a foodie trip. We headed to three of their restaurants on a bit of Foodie Safari, to munch until we dropped.

Our excursion started in the east with the Asian delights from Wagamama. We choose the pork Bao bun and the vegan bang bang Cauliflower, now I have to say that the starters were spectacular. The cauliflower was cooked in a firecracker sauce and had an incredible crunch to them. These were wonderfully spicy and yet very moreish!

After trying treats from the east, we crossed over to the west! More specifically the US of A! Well, not quite, Byron Burger was next door! It’s incredibly exciting wandering from restaurant to restaurant in search of the next meal.

Byron did not disappoint, feeling as though we had stepped into an American diner, we ordered the blue cheeseburger, bacon cheese fries and a shake! We were on the hunt for delicious food after all! The burgers were pink and juicy, with soft brioche buns. The blue cheese was subtle and added an extra layer to the already tasty burger. The bacon cheese fries were my favourite by far! So delicious! The gooey cheese and crispy bacon complemented each other beautifully. This was all washed down with a thick, ice-cold, salted caramel shake – this shake was tasty enough to be a dessert on its own! But alas, I had to travel some more for the grand finale to my food safari and dessert would be served at Haute Dolci.

The atmosphere was buzzing, this restaurant is Instagram perfect. You may even catch a glimpse of the rare influencer in their natural habitat! This location is truly stunning and is perfect for both a date or an evening out with the gals. Not only are the deserts picture-perfect, but they also taste incredible too. I opted for the American waffle, drizzled with maple syrup and adorned with fresh strawberries, it was perfect; light enough for me to finish, sweet enough to satisfy and the strawberries added a wonderful fresh bite. My partner opted for the choux bun with toffee and chocolate – his was incredibly sweet and is sure to satisfy any chocoholic with a sweet tooth.

I found the food safari incredibly fun and walking between locations make for a longer event and gives you time to discuss the adventure thus far. The outlet really was atmospheric, with groups of friends enjoying cocktails to couples enjoying a sharing plate tucked away in the dimly lit restaurant. It truly is a great option for any occasion! I’m looking forward to going back with my gal pals to hunt some fruity cocktails!
