This summer, Gin Mare unveils an exclusive collaboration with The Campaner, one of London’s most elegant new dining destinations, located in the heart of Belgravia. Known for its sprawling terrace, vaulted interiors, and charming kitchen garden.

The bespoke menu invites guests to enjoy a beautifully curated dining experience that begins with the First Tapa tradition, the Spanish practice of serving a small snack, or tapa, alongside a drink. To bring this to life in London, The Campaner has created an elegant menu starting with canapés such as oysters with citrus, rosemary, and black pepper vinaigrette; followed by a cold starter of a fennel salad with red chicory, orange segments, and Manchego cheese. The main course of black rice with cuttlefish, salicornia aioli, and crispy artichoke chips promises to delight. To finish, a 'Dirty Maretini' with lemon and basil sorbet and nut crumble.
Drawing on Gin Mare’s signature botanicals, including rosemary, thyme, basil, and Arbequina olive, these expertly curated dishes will reflect the vibrant balance of Mediterranean and British seasonal ingredients, showcasing The Campaner’s unique culinary vision and Gin Mare’s role within the world of gastronomy.

Distilled near Barcelona in a traditional fishing village, Gin Mare is crafted using time honoured Mediterranean techniques. Each of its nine botanicals is carefully macerated and distilled separately before being expertly blended to create its distinctive flavour. Complementing these signature botanicals are subtle notes of coriander, juniper berries, green cardamom, and a vibrant blend of Seville and Valencia lemons and oranges. The result is a light, refreshing gin with a savoury Mediterranean character, enriched by layers of spice, herbs and citrus. Its complex aroma and depth of flavour make Gin Mare an exceptional companion to a wide range of gastronomy.
