Apiarist – Forager Edition
Think pink and try this lockdown gin. Just in time for February, honey-infused gin brand The Apiarist have launched a new Forager Edition. Husband and wife beekeepers Alex and Natalie Conti began partnering with gin distillers when they expanded their Lichfield apiary and found themselves with a lot of excess honey at the start of lockdown.
This latest blend is inspired by their foraging trips and incorporates ingredients the forager bee would be proud of including blackberries, elderberries, wild strawberry leaves and apple. The result is a sweet-tasting gin with a natural pink hue!

Corte Molino Pink Prosecco NV
If you’re on the lookout for pink fizz this month, this Corte Molino Pink Prosecco NV is a lovely fresh sparkling wine with raspberry, strawberry, and floral notes while maintaining a nice dry finish. Blended from Glera and Pinot Nero grapes, it may have been something to do with the fact that this was the first drop of booze we tasted at the end of Dry January but for under £10 we thought it tasted pretty fabulous!
