Italiano DOC

Elegant, aromatic, and vibrant – this cocktail is sunshine in a glass. Served in a flute, it blends Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto, Seven Hills Gin, fresh lemon, and basil & black pepper syrup, before being topped with Prosecco DOC Extra Dry. Finished with citrus and saffron dust, it’s refined yet refreshing, ideal for sunset aperitivi.

Recipe:

  • 20 ml Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto

  • 20 ml Seven Hills Gin

  • 10 ml Fresh lemon juice

  • 10 ml Basil & black pepper syrup

  • Topped with Prosecco DOC Extra DryMethod: Shake & strain, serve in a flute (no ice)Garnish: Citrus & saffron dust

Ho “Sbagliato” Spritz

A playful reinvention of the classic spritz. Here, Prosecco DOC Rosé brings freshness and sparkle to Savoia Americano Rosso and fig-infused Cocchi Vermouth di Torino. The finishing touch? A balsamic-glazed dried fig with a slice of Grana Padano PDO – a garnish that takes things to another level.

Recipe:

  • 30 ml Savoia Americano Rosso

  • 30 ml Cocchi Vermouth di Torino (fig-infused)

  • Topped with Prosecco DOC RoséMethod: Build in a highball over iceGarnish: Balsamic-glazed dried fig + Grana Padano PDO

A Taste of Summer, the Italian Way

These cocktails show just how far Prosecco DOC can go beyond the ordinary spritz. Whether you’re sipping the elegant Italiano DOC on a terrace or enjoying the bold, playful Ho “Sbagliato” Spritz at an open-air aperitivo, each one brings the flavour of an Italian summer to your glass.

Cin cin to creativity, sunshine, and Prosecco DOC.
