B Bagel Takes Over Madison's Rooftop

Bagels with a view? Yes, please. This September, London’s iconic rooftop bar and restaurant, Madison, is joining forces with the capital’s cult-favourite bagel brand, B Bagel, to put a fresh twist on the city’s favourite sandwich. 

From 8th September - 8th October, guests can enjoy B Bagel’s much-loved bagels packed with bold, Madison-inspired fillings. Freshly baked and loaded with goodness, these bagels will be available as part of Madison’s all-day terrace menu. On the line-up? Four limited-edition creations worth climbing the stairs (or lift) for:

• Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese - A classic done the Madison way, with Loch Fyne salmon, cream cheese, cucumber, dill and capers.

• Lobster & Prawn Bisque - Fresh Lobster and prawns, garlic butter, chives, lobster and avocado mayo, baby gem, and pickled shallots. Served with a rich lobster bisque on the side.

• Sirloin Stack - Pan-seared sirloin with wild mushrooms, chimichurri, peppercorn mayo, rocket, and pickled shallots.

• Smoked Tofu - A plant-based hero: smoked tofu with vegan cream cheese, za’atar-spiced feta, rocket and piquillo peppers.
