Chef restaurateur Andreas Antona launches Antona at Home

Following the recent success of offering at home meals from his restaurants, chef-restaurateur Andreas Antona is launching Antona at Home - a nationwide meal delivery service with a passion for quality produce at its heart.

Antona at Home will have high welfare, sustainability and provenance at the centre of its philosophy.  Its ‘perfect night out, in’ concept will bring Michelin starred food to the home dining table as well as produce loved by Andreas and his chefs.

A proud Greek Cypriot, Andreas will share dishes inspired by holidays on the  Mediterranean and favourites from his Michelin-starred establishments, Simpsons in Edgbaston, The Cross at Kenilworth and Masterchef: The Professionals 2019 winner, Stu Deeley.  With more than 25 years spent nurturing relationships with suppliers, Antona at Home will bring this love and knowledge of great food into homes across the country.

Antona at Home offers a complete culinary experience with Michelin-quality three-course meals with fine wine. Bread and cakes will be available and the range will be extended to include Christmas gift boxes, hampers for special occasions and other festive and seasonal treats.

Prices range from £7.50 for a starter to £20 for a vegetarian main and £25.00 for the main course of meat or seafood. A Beef Wellington to share is also available priced at £60.

The service will offer:

  • Three-course restaurant-style meals from Simpsons, The Cross at Kenilworth and Stu Deeley

  • Beef Wellington to share for special occasions

  • Christmas boxes for one, two and larger groups

  • Homemade bread and cakes

  • Wines selected by the restaurants’ sommeliers

On the reasons behind the launch, Andreas says,

“In everything we do, making customers happy is our ultimate goal.  We used to only know the customers who walked through our doors but the last few months have made us challenge everything that went before. Now we are discovering new markets that we want to reach and ways to adapt to this uncertain landscape.  With Antona at Home I want to spread our love of food and the joy we take in preparing it with as many people as possible; from those who don’t want to dine out to those who would love to dine out but can’t find a babysitter.”

Antona at Home is available for delivery only nationwide or for collection from The Cross Kenilworth or Simpsons Restaurant in Edgbaston.

Meals must be ordered before midday on Tuesday for Friday or Saturday delivery: www.antonaathome.co.uk with plans to extend to other days.
