Mix the powder into hot water for a healthy version hot choccie, stick on your fave PJ's, and prepare for a dreamy night's sleep. I had the best night's sleep in yonks. I also sampled the Hydration electrolyte sachets. You can choose from Pink Lemonade and Citrus Punch, and mix into cold water. These were a lot tastier than some electrolyte brands I've tried. They're made up of creatine and a mix of 23 minerals and vitamins.

It's claimed that everyone over the age of 40 should supplement with collagen as our body's collagen production reduces and the enzymes that destroy it increase. We need collagen for skin, hair, nails, teeth, muscles, joints, bones and even eyes.
