There's no end of wellness products hitting the market as the industry continues to innovate. Beauty Dropz

These new edible skincare drops will give you your daily fix of marine collagen, helping you to improve skin elasticity, reduce wrinkles and enhance that youthful glow we’re all chasing in January (once we hit a certain age). These drops are really tasty. They have an orange flavour and are infused with aloe vera and tremella mushroom. Squeeze a pipette under your tongue and hold the liquid there for 20 seconds for full absorption (or pop into a drink). We’re sold!

Containing two ingredients: organic coffee and organic whey protein – this is a product for those that need their protein hit and coffee pick-me-up in equal amounts. Protein plays an important role in supporting immune function, as immune cells and antibodies are built from amino acids – essential in the last months of winter. In this product, organic coffee is sourced from Honduras, Peru, Papua New Guinea and Tanzania and balanced with cold-filtered, undenatured whey for a creamy, barista-quality flavour.

What’s it good for? Quite a lot actually from bone and teeth health, promotes gut health, enhances muscle function, boost immune support, improve cognitive function, support the nervous system) with naturally occurring nutrients like Lactoferrin, Immunoglobulin IgG, Calcium, and Vitamin B12.

Serenova

These tasty little supplement sachets will boost your personal health needs. Choose from Balance and Boost, Rest & Renew, Hydration and Collagen. I tried the Rest & Renew chocolate, which is designed to help you sleep with its 250mg of magnesium per serving. Mix the powder into hot water for a healthy version hot choccie, stick on your fave PJ's, and prepare for a dreamy night's sleep. I had the best night's sleep in yonks. I also sampled the Hydration electrolyte sachets. You can choose from Pink Lemonade and Citrus Punch, and mix into cold water. These were a lot tastier than some electrolyte brands I've tried. They're made up of creatine and a mix of 23 minerals and vitamins.

Synergy - Collagen & Beauty

It's claimed that everyone over the age of 40 should supplement with collagen as our body's collagen production reduces and the enzymes that destroy it increase. We need collagen for skin, hair, nails, teeth, muscles, joints, bones and even eyes.

Synergy Worldwide has two collagen products: Collagen + which is a bovine collagen product aimed at muscles and joints, and Collagen + Beauty which is a marine collagen product focussed for skin, hair and nails. Each box contains a month's worth of daily doses of powder that you can mix in to water. These are more full on in flavour, with a pomegranate taste to help wash it all down. You can also add to shakes or coffee.
