Fulham FC Welcomes Star Chefs to The Riverside for a World-Class Matchday Dining Experience

Fulham FC is raising the bar for matchday hospitality, announcing the arrival of three culinary heavyweights to The Riverside. Acclaimed chefs Sally Abé, Judy Joo and Ben Murphy are joining forces with existing culinary stars Alex Dilling and Oli Marlow to deliver a new era of fine dining at the club’s riverside home.

Each chef brings their own distinctive flair: Judy Joo, celebrated for her Seoul Bird restaurants, will introduce bold and vibrant Korean-American flavours. Ben Murphy, of Launceston Place fame, brings his modern European precision, while Sally Abé – known for her refined British cooking at The Bull in Charlbury – adds her signature take on tradition with a modern twist.

Together, they will rotate through The Gourmet restaurant, crafting seasonal menus and immersive dining experiences that are as exciting as the football on the pitch. It’s a bold move that reinforces Fulham’s ambition to lead not just on the field, but at the very top of the Premier League’s fine dining table.

Speaking on her new role, Sally Abé said: “Fulham feels like the perfect match. The club’s heritage combined with The Riverside’s innovation mirrors my own approach to British cuisine. I can’t wait to showcase what we can achieve when great food meets great football.”
