Laylow Announces Return of Award-Winning Chef Adam Rawson

London’s hottest A-list haunt Laylow is proud to announce the return of their award-winning chef Adam Rawson back to oversee all its menus. To celebrate the occasion, he has created an exciting new menu bringing modern European fayre to Notting Hill’s Golborne Road.

Described by the Evening Standard as ‘London’s Hottest Young Chef’, Adam has gone from strength to strength since winning ‘Chef of the Year’ at the Young British Foodies Awards in 2015. Since then, he has worked as Executive Head-Chef at The Standard, after travelling the world exploring the best gastronomy on offer.

Now, Adam returns home to the heart of Notting Hill, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a menu that draws inspiration from his travels and passions for using seasonal produce.

Laylow’s new menu caters for brunch, lunch and dinner, with everything from deliciously light lunches to mouth-wateringly indulgent dinners. Starters include burrata with pomegranate and heirloom beetroot, the Koji glazed chicken and black trompette is not to be missed, or for a real showstopper, the sharing dish of Le Big Steak and bearnaise with added truffle never fails to please. End on a sweet or savoury note with their chocolate fondant and cereal ice-cream or burnt cheesecake. And for those looking for the perfect weekend hangout, Rawson’s brunch menu of eggs benedict, prosciutto Cotto, tomato confit and Hollandaise is as good as it sounds, or for those feeling more virtuous, the chia seed bircher muesli will set you up for the day.
