Award-winning chef returns to his roots with refined British dining at Leamington Spa’s historic country house hotel.

Acclaimed chef and MasterChef: The Professionals 2019 winner Stu Deeley has officially opened The Warwick — his highly anticipated new restaurant nestled within the elegant surroundings of Mallory Court Country House Hotel & Spa in Leamington Spa.
The launch marks a homecoming for Deeley, who began his career at Mallory Court and now returns to the Eden Hotel Collection with his most ambitious culinary project to date.
Named in tribute to the historic town, The Warwick celebrates the region’s heritage of craftsmanship with a modern interpretation of refined British cuisine. The restaurant is rooted in classical techniques, seasonal produce, and the exceptional ingredients grown just metres away in the Mallory Court Kitchen Gardens.
Guests can choose between two thoughtfully curated tasting menus: the five-course Taste of the Season (£105) and a three-course menu (£90). Signature dishes include Cornish crab with Isle of Wight tomatoes, Poussin with Jamón sauce, and a vibrant peas and mint gazpacho with burrata and globe artichoke. Deeley’s signature desserts revisit nostalgic British classics, with highlights like his reimagined Baked Alaska.
“The Warwick is about honouring the past while embracing the future of British dining,” said Deeley. “It’s a personal project that reflects where I’ve come from, and where I want to go. We’re offering something refined but relaxed — it’s about flavour, craft, and genuine hospitality.”
Open Wednesday to Sunday for dinner and Sunday lunch, The Warwick brings a bold yet welcoming addition to the Midlands dining scene — blending heritage, heart, and high-end culinary artistry.
Address: Mallory Court Country House Hotel & Spa, Harbury Ln, Leamington Spa CV33 9QB
