Globally renowned juice makers The Berry Company are teaming up with Westfield W12 Indian restaurant Copper Chimney to celebrate the Platinum Jubilee with a range of colourfully imagined limited-edition cocktails created by renowned mixologist Mix.Mann.
The patriotic red, white and blue serves are inspired by a fusion of British flavours with an Indian twist. Sample the exotic range from the ruby coloured Lovely Jubilee to a Bombay Sapphire and White Peach inspired G&Tea, plus a stunning royal blue mocktail Party Thyme.

Lovely Jubilee - this ruby coloured cocktail is served in a coup featuring Havana Especial Rum, Giffard Ginger of the Indies Liqueur, The Berry Company Pomegranate Juice, Muddled Raspberries, fresh Lime Juice, Monin Hibiscus Syrup, Monin Orgeat, Ms Betters Black Pepper Cardamom Bitters and pomegranate seeds and cardamon garnish.
G&Tea – Created around Berry Company’s White Peach Juice, this cocktail offers a refreshing mix of Bombay Sapphire Gin, Aluna Coconut Rum, The Berry Company White Peach Juice, Fresh Lemon Juice, Monin Coconut Syrup, Ms Betters Bitters, Pineapple Star Anise Bitters and mint, toasted coconut and star anise garnish.
Party Thyme - a non-alcoholic serve using Everleaf Marine as the base and fused with Lyres Aperitif dry, The Berry Company Blueberry Juice, Fresh Lime Juice , Monin Blue Curacao Syrup, Maple Syrup, Holy Lama Cinnamon Spice Drops, Fevertree Indian Tonic Water and garnished with cinnamon, thyme and blueberry.
