Summer just got a whole lot hotter in Soho, and it’s all thanks to Sucre’s sizzling new tasting menu. Executive Chef Jack Godik has crafted a fire-fuelled four-course feast that’s all about smoke, char and those irresistible Latin American flavours we can't get enough of.

The experience kicks off with warm sourdough and rich cultured butter, easing you in before a punchy round of small snacks – think Mini empanadas and delicate Tuna loin topped with tomato compote and Parmesan. Every bite is layered with flavour and flair.

Then come the signature small plates – and Sucre knows how to bring the drama. Expect showstoppers like Red prawns with pickled pineapple, Chicken hearts glazed with Malbec, and meltingly tender Lamb belly paired with garlic labneh and gremolata. It’s smoky, savoury, and utterly seductive.
