New gluten free brand-OAF- has just arrived in tesco. Designed to stand out on the free from shelves with its bold packaging, OAF bread uses gluten-free wheat starch and milk (so sadly not one for dairy-free folks) to realistically replicate the texture of regular bread. The result? A soft, squidgy loaf that works perfectly for sandwiches.

Tenzing launches new flavours
Free from: gluten, dairy (vegan)

TENZING, known for their plant-based energy drinks. have just launched three new flavours: Raspberry & Yuzu; Pineapple & Passionfruit and Lime & Mint. Each contains natural caffeine (using green coffee) Vitamin C and natural electrolytes from Himalayan Rock Salt. They are all 100% plant-based, made only with ingredients sourced from nature and never anything artificial. Â

Vocation launch special-edition vegan beers
Free from: the new flavours are vegan but they also have a  4.4% Gluten Free Session IPA called heart and soul.

Vocation has launched three special edition beers-which are all vegan. Our favourite is Cool as a Cucumber (4.7% ABV Cucumber & Mint Kölsch) a crisp, light beer with notes of mint that's perfect for drinks in the garden. Other flavours include zesty The Witch Hunt (4.2% New England Pale Ale) and Exotic Species (7.5% New England IPA) with passionfruit, peach, grapefruit and lime.
