Overlooking the world-famous Silverstone Circuit, The Gallery at Escapade Silverstone has unveiled its Autumn Menu, inviting guests to enjoy a refined yet welcoming dining experience that blends bold seasonal flavours with panoramic trackside views.

This limited-time seasonal menu captures the warmth and depth of autumn, transforming the circuit's energy into a sophisticated all-day dining destination. Guests can savour breakfast, lunch, dinner, and Sunday roasts, each crafted to showcase the kitchen's creativity and the comfort of the season’s finest ingredients.

Small Plates and Starters

Begin with classic dishes such as Old Winchester Cheese Double-Baked Soufflé or a Sourdough Loaf with Ampersand Salted Butter. The menu also features Caesar Salad with Bacon Crumb and Crispy Pork Belly with Spiced Plum Ketchup — the perfect start to a leisurely lunch or relaxed evening meal.

Mains That Celebrate the Season

Among the standout mains are the 28-Day Dry-Aged Tomahawk served with Kimchi Slaw, Peppercorn Sauce and Chips, and the Lemon-Marinated Spatchcock Poussin with Paprika Dip and Sweet Potato Fries. For indulgent comfort, the Rib Cap Beef Burger with Applewood Cheddar and Bacon Jam is a must-try, while seafood lovers can enjoy the Teriyaki-Glazed Atlantic Cod with Charred Tenderstem Broccoli.

The Express Lunch Menu offers excellent value — one course for £18, two for £28, or three for £35 — available Monday to Saturday from 12:00–14:30.
