Ukiyo Tokyo Dry Gin

I've long been a fan of this Isle of Wight gin brand. Uniquely distilled from ethically and locally sourced botanicals, Mermaid Gin delivers a smooth yet complex, fragrant and distinctly coastal spirit. Botanicals include wild locally-foraged rock samphire (Mermaid's Kiss), elderflower, liquorice, orris roots and angelica roots, floral boadicea hops grown in a local herb garden and English coriander.
