HECK! Pork & Strawberry Sausages

HECK!’s Pork & Strawberry sausages are making a return, celebrating the classic summer berry that’s synonymous with Wimbledon. A huge hit with sausage-lovers when they launched last summer, the limited-edition 85% British pork shoulder recipe with strawberries, strawberry jam and black pepper seasoning is back by popular demand.

We thought the slight strawberry sweetness worked well, without overpowering the taste or making the sausages too sweet. Bluebird Chelsea

This summer Bluebird Chelsea is turning its courtyard into a quintessential British garden party with live screenings of the Wimbledon Championships, running from 30th June - 13th July.

Strawberries & Screen

The much-loved Strawberries & Screen returns to Duke of York Square this July, bringing all the excitement of Wimbledon to the heart of the King’s Road. From Friday 11th to Sunday 13th July, enjoy live outdoor screenings of the Men’s Semi-Finals, followed by both the Women’s and Men’s Finals across the weekend.

Set on the running track opposite the Saatchi Gallery, the giant outdoor screen offers the perfect place to soak up every rally, ace and match point. The Chelsea Grocer will be serving quintessential British classics; fresh strawberries and cream, Pimm’s and more throughout the day, while friendly event ambassadors, dressed by Vuori, will be on hand to assist guests. On Saturday, the ever-popular Fine Food Market returns, bringing together a curated selection of gourmet street food, artisan produce and sweet treats, ideal for grazing between matches.

Guests can pre-book complimentary VIP experience, offering exclusive front row views from comfy deck chairs. For those who aren’t lucky enough to secure a deckchair, the green is open for everyone to spread picnic blankets on throughout the weekend.
