ree

Spread the gift of hygee this season with Scandi Kitchen. Featuring two stores in London’s Fitzrovia and Victoria as well as a nationwide online shop, it's a one-stop palace for all your Scandi needs from storecupboard essentials like rye crisp bread and cinnamon buns to popular Nordic sweets that always makes us Brits snigger - fancy a Plopp anyone? We tried the Scandi Kitchen gingerbread dough – which was so easy to roll out compared to my homemade efforts. We cut our gingerbread into reindeer and heart shapes with cookie cutters available on the website too. The results were a bumper batch of light, fluffy biscuits and a kitchen filled with all the best winter baking aromas. A bottle of their Glögg is bound to go down well with most foodies. They have a non-alcoholic version available too.
