With Negroni Week running from 21st - 27th September, we've rounded up some great offers and top London spots to sample this much-loved classic cocktail.

Firebird's take on a classic Negroni, made with mezcal instead of gin and infused with British strawberries. Rich and beautifully balanced, it combines the fruitiness of the strawberries with the subtle smokiness of the mezcal, making it the perfect cocktail for the colder autumn and winter months. If you're looking for somewhere to dine too, check out our review here.

Isso Prawn Crazy, Canary Wharf’s newest Sri Lankan restaurant bringing the world’s biggest prawns to the UK, is offering two specials for Negroni Week - the Ceylon Coconut White Negroni and a Kithul and Smoked Cardamom Negroni. The former blends coconut-fat-washed dry gin (or Ceylon roasted coconut gin) with Suze (or Luxardo Bitter Bianco), Lillet Blanc and a dash of grapefruit bitters / dark orange bitters, served with  a lemon twist and coconut chip. The second utilises Sri Lanka’s indigenous Kithul treacle, featuring London dry gin, Campari, sweet vermouth, Dark Kithul treacle, green cardamom bitters and orange zest to finish.

Hawksmoor: Celebrating over 500,000 Sour Cherry Negronis sold, Hawksmoor offers its signature twist for £10 alongside £5 Negroni Happy Hours (4–5 pm, Mon–Fri) across nationwide sites (excluding Scotland).

Three bars, three personalities and three very different takes on the classic come together for The Doyle Negroni Collection this Negroni Week. The K Bar at The Kensington, The Cocktail Bar at The Marylebone and The Coral Room at The Bloomsbury will each pour a signature serve: the Dingle Negroni, made with Dingle Gin, Campari and Mancino Rosso Amaranto; the floral Coral Negroni with Amaro Santoni, Mancino Sakura Vermouth and N°3 London Dry Gin; and the richer Cacao Negroni, combining Roku Gin, Antica Formula, Ancho Reyes Chile, Select and Crème de Cacao à la Vanille. Each cocktail is £19, while The Negroni Trio (£30) brings all three together as smaller tasting serves. Each bar will also offer a No-Groni (£14), made with Rebels 0.0% Rosso.

In Parsons Green, Aussie-inspired Stubby’s is handing the fate of the Negroni over to guests with their ‘Roll for a Negroni’ for £5. Guests will roll three dice to determine their spirit and vermouth, mixed with Campari. A Classic Negroni, Boulevardier and Dirty Negroni will also be available for £12.

At Around Bar in Exmouth Market, the cocktail bar is shining a spotlight on its Negroni specials from 14th - 30th September, with a classic Negroni, Boulevardier and a Negroni Sgroppino (made using house-made orange sorbet) available for just £7. On Tuesday 29th September, there will be an ‘Around a Negroni’ tasting event at Around Bar, where guests can learn all about the Negroni and try three different Negroni cocktails for £30.

The Shaston Arms (Soho) is serving up £5 Negronis with free Perelló olives every Sunday, alongside a closing DJ event on September 27th.

Fatto A Mano: Presenting The Queen Negroni (7th Sept – 18th Oct) across all pizzerias, capturing the flavour of a Margherita pizza using olive oil-washed gin, sweet vermouth, Campari, fresh basil, and upcycled Vesuvius tomato water.

Co Thanh, which brings Vietnamese street food in an urban setting to central London, is launching a limited edition Vietnamese Negroni in celebration of National Negroni Week. The negroni is a punchy twist on the classic and will be available for £15. It contains rum which is fat washed with a spiced caramel, Campari and a Vietnamese coffee infused Vermouth.

Next Door Records Two (Stoke Newington) has £8 Negronis with Custom Lardo bar snacks and weekly Saturday DJ sessions.

In Queen’s Park, Casa Felicia is offering £5 negronis all week. A neighbourhood favourite, the Neapolitan restaurant has become a go-to spot for locals, known for its take on authentic southern Italian cooking and a drinks list to match.

Café 1001 (Brick Lane): Fully transformed for the month with £5 Negronis. Saturdays feature a DJ lineup.

Bar Brasso (Nine Elms) is hosting the official Campari & Perelló Aperitivo Day Party on September 19th (2pm - 12am) featuring a headline DJ set from Owen Cutts, complimentary bites by Chef Robin Gill (Darby's), and exclusive merchandise giveaways.

Equal Parts: Mexico City’s retro Milanese lounge Bar Mauro (#54 World’s 50 Best Bars) takes over Equal Parts in Hackney on 20th–21st September. Every Wednesday, Equal Parts also pairs drinks with Auguste snacks, donating £1 per drink to Hackney Food Bank.

Fresh from Ibiza by way of St James’s, Jul’s London is giving Negroni Week a Mediterranean, after-dark twist with the Monopoli, available for seven days only. A bold departure from the traditional equal-parts formula, the cocktail combines Altamura Vodka, Lazzaroni Maraschino and Bitter Bianco with kaffir lime, coconut oil and almond, creating a cherry-led, citrus-bright serve with a silky tropical edge.

A little slice of the Italian Riviera is landing in Notting Hill this Negroni Week, as Portofino Dry Gin takes over the pavement outside Casa N216 with its own open-air aperitivo bar. Designed for long, late-summer afternoons and golden-hour drinks, the pop-up will pour four twists on the Italian classic, from the Classic Negroni with Portofino Dry Gin, Campari and sweet vermouth, to a silky Negroni Sour finished with fresh lime and egg white. The Portofino 75 brings a lighter, sparkling note with Champagne, while the Negronino offers an alternative take using Portofino Botanical Spirit. Pull up outside, order a drink and settle into a little Notting Hill dolce vita for Negroni Week.

Lardo (Hackney): Permanently transforms its next-door space, Bastardo, into a Campari-red Negroni lounge. Programming includes Soft Landing Sundays with live DJ soundtracks from Next Door Records , Aperitivo Quizzes and Negroni and Nibbles masterclasses hosted by Appetite.

Young’s Pubs: Download the Young’s On Tap app and claim a free Negroni treat at participating venues across the entire UK group. A select number of sites including eighteen Young's venues will also feature a dedicated 5-twist Negroni menu with flavors ranging from Stonefruit to Coffee & Chocolate.

The Evolv Collection: Rewards app members receive a complimentary Negroni for redemption in September, alongside daily 5–7 PM Happy Hours across top locations including Coq d'Argent, Quaglino's, Sartoria, and Vinoteca.

London Flagship Stamp Passport: Six London neighborhood spots including Lardo, Equal Parts, Café 1001, Next Door Records Two, The Shaston Arms, and Bar Brasso are operating a Negroni Passport, where visiting all six earn guests a free 6th Negroni.
